These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tenerife Padel Holidays website and services. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or booking a padel holiday with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

“Tenerife Padel Holidays” (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides padel-focused holiday experiences, including coaching, accommodation coordination, and related services in Tenerife.

2. Bookings & Enquiries

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking.

  • A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit or full payment and issued written confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may vary depending on dates, accommodation type, and package inclusions.

  • Payment terms (deposit and balance deadlines) will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A £300 deposit is required to secure your place on the padel holiday.

  • The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another holiday date, subject to availability.

  • The deposit is required to reserve padel courts, accommodation, and secure the best possible prices in advance.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the arrival date.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline may result in cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Customer

  • Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Refunds, where applicable, may be subject to administrative or third-party costs.

By Tenerife Padel Holidays

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, illness, venue availability, or safety concerns).

  • In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund where appropriate.

6. Travel & Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Tenerife unless otherwise stated.

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover sports activities, cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from inadequate insurance cover.

7. Participation & Fitness

  • Padel holidays involve physical activity. By booking, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate.

  • You take part in all activities at your own risk.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if a participant’s behaviour or condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

8. Accommodation & Third-Party Providers

  • Accommodation, coaching, and other services may be provided by trusted third-party partners.

  • While we work only with reputable providers, we are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

9. Conduct & Behaviour

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, coaches, other guests, and local communities.

  • We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s participation without refund in cases of misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or breach of these Terms.

10. Liability

  • Tenerife Padel Holidays shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delay except where caused by our negligence.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Website Use

  • All content on this website is the property of Tenerife Padel Holidays unless stated otherwise.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise stated.
